‘Tell A Story About Europe’
For a school assignment we had to tell, in a group, a story about Europe. The story had to be visual. We wanted to tell a story about the things in Europe that are in fact very childish (e.g. terrorism and politics). We thought about different metaphors and subjects and we visualized these on a play carpet for children. The play carpet became sallower when the cases became more serious. We put cards on it with ‘the answer’, this encouraged interaction. At every object there was an explaining. Therefore, we reached the people to think first before they saw the answer. The challenge was to come up with different metaphors, to show the meaning.
